We offer a blend of face to face, virtual and outreach services depending on need and current COVID restrictions. Services are provided from a number of sites but the plan is for a repurposed building to offer key Family Hub services from a central site by 2023.

Parents can self-refer or via partner agencies.

Services are coordinated through an Integrated Leadership including representatives from the Nursery/Children’s Centre, School, Health Visiting, School Health, Voluntary Sector, Early Help and Youth Hub. A Family Hub multi-agency panel meets monthly to identify families needing support, to plan work and develop a Family Plan supported by a lead professional. Progress and any issues are then reported back to the panel. Services are not generally located but operate from a range of sites across the locality.

Queen’s Park is one of three Family Hubs that cover the whole of Westminster. The Family Hubs programme is steered through a Board which managers and leads from all three Hubs attend. The NW Youth Hub is also integrated with the Family Hub with the Youth Hub Manager sitting on the Integrated Leadership Team.
